The Atlantis Special Economic Zone Company’s green infrastructure portfolio includes the civil construction on Zone 1, 2 and 3, the facilities that will be developed on the zones, our Green Manufacturing Hub as well as our Eco-Green Link (EGL) Building situated at 30 Charles Matthews Street in Atlantis Industrial.
Progress with regards to development is as follows

The ASEZCo embraces green technology in every aspect of our development. We define green technology as follow

- We view our infrastructure development as a living laboratory.
- The implication is that we aim to be on the forefront of sustainable infrastructure development.

- Civil construction on Zone 1 is 40% complete
- The first facility (Quantum V3) on Zone 1 is breaking ground in April 2024.
- The EGL Building will be refurbished by July 2024.
- The applications for Zone 2 and 3 civil infrastructure and the Green Manufacturing Hub have been submitted to the DTIC.

Living Lab
Our Living Lab, nestled within the ASEZ, serves as a pioneering showcase of Greentech industrial practices and services. The Lab’s multifaceted goals encompass carbon reduction, policy testing, and knowledge sharing to propel sustainable industrialization forward.
